Welcome to Snap-Commerce, a digital platform fully owned by Logic Group.
The platform provides comprehensive digital solutions and services for businesses of all sizes, including cloud-based systems, business management, eCommerce, and digital transformation services.
By using the platform or any of its services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all referenced policies.
Accessing or using the platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use the platform.
Any client-specific terms differing from these Terms are null unless expressly agreed in writing in advance.
Snap-Commerce and all its content, including text, designs, trademarks, and logos, are the exclusive property of Logic Group.
Copying or reusing any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Some services may require creating a user account.
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and any activity under their account.
Subscription plans are defined according to the pricing plans published on the platform.
Monthly subscriptions are available only for cloud-hosted services and are payable via credit card or approved automatic debit methods.
Snap-Commerce reserves the right to reject any subscription that does not comply with these conditions.
Users may only use the platform for lawful purposes and in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Users are fully responsible for any content or data uploaded or entered into the platform.
For self-hosted services, users are responsible for data protection and ensuring data integrity.
For cloud-hosted services, Snap-Commerce provides secure hosting, automated backups, and disaster recovery measures.
Snap-Commerce services include:
Technical support for user inquiries and standard platform features.
Correction of platform errors (Bugs) reported through proper channels within 2 business days.
Users may be required to upgrade to a newer platform version to resolve certain bugs.
Users can request database upgrades to newer platform versions.
Upgrades include technical data conversion, bug fixes, and compatibility adjustments.
Users must verify upgraded databases and report issues post-upgrade.
High-security hosting in Tier-III data centers or equivalent.
SSL (HTTPS) encrypted communication.
Fully automated and replicated backups in multiple regions, along with a disaster recovery plan.
Invoices are payable within 21 working days unless otherwise specified.
Snap-Commerce may suspend services for late payment.
If payment is overdue for more than 60 days, Snap-Commerce may involve a debt collection company, and all legal costs will be borne by the client.
Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes.
Any increase in the number of users or upgrade to a higher subscription plan will incur additional fees as published.
Logic Group is committed to protecting user privacy according to the published privacy policy.
Third-party service providers may be used to process data in compliance with applicable laws.
Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and data integrity.
Upon termination of an account or subscription, all data will be deleted or returned per the privacy policy, unless required by law to retain it.
Services are provided “as-is” without any express or implied warranties. Snap-Commerce is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from platform use.
Maximum liability for any claim does not exceed 50% of the total amounts paid by the user over the previous 12 months.
Liability does not include indirect, consequential, or incidental damages such as lost profits or data.
All information related to the client or platform is confidential and must be protected.
Confidential information may only be disclosed when required by law and after notifying the other party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cairo Economic Courts.
Snap-Commerce reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
