🧾 Refund & Return Policy

We appreciate your trust and are committed to providing high-quality and reliable digital solutions.
This policy aims to clarify the terms and conditions governing refund or cancellation requests related to our software services, implementation projects, and training programs — ensuring transparency and protecting the rights of all parties.
This policy applies to all digital products, subscriptions, implementation projects, training programs, and services provided by Snap-Commerce ERP, whether purchased directly through our website or via our authorized partners.
Trial Period:
We recommend using the free trial period (if available) to evaluate the system before purchasing a subscription.
Refund Eligibility:
Since our software is provided as a digital service (SaaS), payments are generally non-refundable once the subscription has been activated.
Exceptions:
Refund requests may be considered only in the following cases:
If the system fails to operate as described and the issue remains unresolved within 20 business days of written notification.
If the customer has not substantially used the system or if it has not yet been customized.
Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 business days using the same payment method originally used.
Once implementation, configuration, or consulting work has begun, the related fees become non-refundable, as they are based on dedicated human effort and time.
If a project is canceled before actual commencement, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from any refundable amount.
Registration may be canceled at least 10 days before the program start date for a full refund.
If canceled within 7 days of the start date, 50% of the fees will be deducted.
No refunds are allowed once the training begins; however, participants may reschedule or transfer their seat to another attendee.
Any custom development, integration, or tailored solution designed specifically for the client becomes non-refundable once execution begins, as it requires dedicated consultants and technical resources.
In the event of a delay or technical fault from the company’s side, the client may be granted service credit or an extended support period as reasonable compensation, at the company’s discretion.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the client to a refund for the current billing period.
Customers can cancel their subscriptions via the dashboard or by contacting technical support via email.

This policy complies with Egyptian E-Commerce Law No. 15 of 2004 and with international consumer protection regulations for digital services.
